The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the subject-matter in dispute in the appeal has been settled between the parties. Hence, the appellants are no longer desirous of prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. The said submission is recorded. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the withdrawal of the appeal, the Tribunal is directed to refund the statutory deposit made by the appellants as per receipt bearing No.130/19-20 dated 29.3.2019, in accordance with law.
