This appeal is preferred by the 1st defendant in
OS No.133/2016 on the file of the Additional Munsiff's Court-I, Kozhikode, aggrieved by the dismissal of the application to set aside the ex parte decree, consequent to the dismissal of the application to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the ex parte decree.
Recording the submission as above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
