ORDER
This revision is filed against the concurrent findings of
guilt of the courts below where there is a finding of guilt under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. During the pendency of the revision, revision petitioner/convict has passed away; copy of the death certificate indicates that he died on 05.02.2020. That means, the charge stands abated. It has been submitted that the fine amount of Rs.9,000/- has already been deposited pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.09.2010 by which the sentence was suspended.
This is recorded and the Crl.R.P. is closed.
