In this matter, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 14.10.2022, it is reported by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam that on 29.09.2022 the complainant filed fresh vakalath and filed petition to withdraw the complaint. Accordingly the petition was allowed and the accused was acquitted under Section 257 of Cr.P.C.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this matter to be decided and accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
