Petitioner challenges the registration of FIR in Crime No.1319/2015 of Kunnammkulam Police Station, Thrissur, was latter transferred and re-registered as Crime No.825/2015 of Alathoor Police Station.

The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions, submitted that pursuant to investigation into the aforesaid crime, final report was filed and the matter was taken cognizance as C.C.No.472/2017 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alathur.

In view of the above, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings against the final report , if so advised, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
