Petitioners challenge registration of Crime No.241 of 2014 of Malayinkeezhu Police Station.
pursuant to investigation, a final report was filed which was taken cognizance as C.C.No.728/2014 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court- Kattakada, and after trial the accused were acquitted by judgment dated 12-12-2022.
In view if the above, this Crl.M.C. has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
