This Crl.M.C is filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.200/2021 of Manjeswar Police Station. When this Crl.M.C is came up consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Final Report has already been submitted and therefore, he wants to withdraw this Crl.M.C without prejudice to his right to file a fresh Crl.M.C challenging the Final Report.

The aforesaid permission is granted and this Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the above permission.
