ORDER
This Crl.M.C is filed by the accused in Crime No. 1799/2021 of Vanchiyoor Police Station for quashing the Annexure-5 FIR registered therein.
When this Crl.M.C came up for consideration, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, a refer report has already been submitted in this case. In such circumstances, further orders are not necessary and accordingly this Crl.M.C is closed recording the above submission without prejudice to the rights of the defacto complainant.
