ORDER
Petitioners challenge the FIR as well as the final report filed in Crime No.69/2013 of Shoranur Police Station, Palakkad. Petitioners are accused 11, 13 and 15.
pursuant to the final report, the case was committed to the Sessions Court as S.C.No.411/2014 and by judgment dated 30.06.2015, the accused were all acquitted.
In view of the abov2e, this Crl.M.C. has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
