This criminal appeal has been preferred challenging the conviction and sentence passed by the Additional Sessions Court for the trial of cases relating to Atrocities and Sexual Violence against Women and Children, Thiruvananthapuram in S.C.No.995/2007 as per the judgment dated 14th July, 2017.

who examined PW1 immediately after the incident and issued Ext.P14 wound certificate. The wound certificate would show the injury sustained by the victim. Thus, the medical evidence also supports the oral evidence.
Accordingly, this criminal appeal stands dismissed.
