JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the substantial amount i.e., Rs.73,21,41,260/- (Rupees Seventy three crores twenty one lakhs forty one thousand two hundred and sixty only) has already been received by the petitioners and in case of any little shortfall, the same can be settled through reconciliation and thus do not press this contempt petition.
With the aforementioned liberty, contempt petition is ordered to be closed. Rules stand discharged.
