Through the various interim orders earlier issued in this case, the judgment of this Court has now obtained compliance. Sri.Shajin S.Hameed - learned counsel for the petitioner, however, says that if his client apprehends that this Contempt of Court Case is closed, all deleterious tendencies will come back to haunt his client.
Pleader, responded, saying that the afore is only an apprehension of the petitioner and that the respondent

will ensure that they are offered full protection in full compliance with directions of this Court.
Resultantly, I close this Contempt Case, recording the afore undertaking of the learned Government Pleader; with a full liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek a rehearing, if any further cause is presented in future.
