W.P.(C) No.24092 of 2022 was disposed of directing the
respondents to consider the application for renewal of Trade Licence for cold storage submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of one month.
2 . The Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipality submits that pursuant to the judgment, application was considered
and Trade Licence has been renewed after receiving licence fee.
3 . In view of the above, I find that there is substantial compliance of the judgment given by this Court.
In the circumstances, the Contempt of Court Case is closed. If the contempt petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the Municipality, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same appropriately.
