JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the Central Government Counsel that further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 are not contemplated and the same is kept in abeyance in the light of Annexure-A3 interim order of this Court subject to final orders to be passed in Crl.M.C.No.4389/2020.
It is submitted by the learned Central Government Counsel that the application of the petitioner for police clearance certificate is pending consideration before the respondent and steps are being taken thereon. Since Annexure-A4 was issued pursuant to application for police clearance certificate which was not the subject matter of Annexure A1 judgment, nothing survives for consideration and the Contempt of Court case is closed.
