JUDGMENT
In view of the claim affidavit filed by the Official Liquidator
and in view of the averments made therein, this Company Claim is
only to be decreed. Accordingly, Company Claim is decreed for
an amount of Rs.18,600/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default ie, 16.01.2004 till the date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest till the date of realization as
prayed for.
