The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions submitted that petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.797/2022 of Tirur Police Station alleging offences under Sections 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 apart from Section 32 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It was further submitted that the final report in respect of the said crime has already been filed on 28.08.2022.

In view of the filing of the final report, as submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, petitioner's apprehension of being arrested in the crime does not subsist further.

Accordingly, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to move the appropriate forum as and when the occasion arises, this bail application is closed.
