JUDGMENT
The petitioner herein who was a student in the JDC
batch, had shortage of attendance during the previous year. Hence, she was not permitted to write the final examination. However, by Ext.P7, she was readmitted to 2020-2021 batch and to write the examination in 2021. Accordingly, she has been attending the online classes regularly since January 2021. The anxiety expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even if she continues to attend the online classes on almost all working days whether she will be able to attain sufficient attendance to write the examination. It was clarified by the learned counsel for the respondent relying on the statement filed by him that till now, the petitioner has almost been regularly attending the online classes and if she continues to attend the online classes without failure, there is no likelihood of any objection being raised. is recorded and accordingly Writ Petition is closed, directing the petitioner to continue to attend the online classes regularly.
