JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the parties submits that petitioners were not allowed to sit in the BDS Part-1 examination on account of the non-remission of the fees. But now by virtue of an interim order dated 27.04.2021, have been given chance to sit in the examination and fees was also remitted. Thus no further cause of action survives. This writ petition is therefore, rendered infructuous.
