JUDGMENT

¶27

The petitioner has submitted Ext.P12 application for correction
of the entries in the Data Bank before the 3rd respondent. The
Government Pleader on instruction submits that the application is still
pending and it is being processed.

¶28

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 at
the earliest at any rate within three months from the date of receipt
of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner also has a grievance regarding the entry in
Ext.P13 that the property in question is shown as 'nilam' in the Data
Bank though it is a converted land. Since there is a dispute regarding
the nature of the land, the above aspect may also be verified
particularly since the LLMC has in Ext.P13 stated that the property
could not be fully inspected since it was covered with stumps. Hence,
a fresh inspection shall be conducted by the concerned officers.
