JUDGMENT
Petitioner herein has approached this Court lamenting that, ARC No.46/2019 filed by him is pending consideration of the Kerala State Cooperative Arbitration Court, Kozhikode. Petitioner wants an expeditious disposal of that ARC by the concerned Tribunal. According to him, he is a 58 year old man and has been suffering from various health issues and is undergoing treatment.
