JUDGMENT
Petitioners were engaged by the Sree Kadampuzha Bhagwathi Devaswom. First and second petitioners were working as LD clerk and the third petitioner was working as Prasada Ootu Dehanam of the Devaswom on daily wages. Petitioners grievance is that, during the COVID-19 restrictions, the temple was closed and they were disengaged on 12.03.2020 and 13.03.2020. In December 2020, when the temple started re-functioning, one of the similarly placed employee was re-engaged in the service, though, the petitioners were not reengaged. Aggrieved by it, petitioners have submitted Exts.P1, P3 and P4 representations to the Executive Officer of the Sree Kadampuzha Bhagwathi Devaswom.
