JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P5 order passed by the Appellate Authority under the Kerala Land Reforms Act, condoning a delay of 3213 days in filing appeal against the order of the Land Tribunal, Kuthuparambu in O.A No.67/1996. During the pendency of this writ petition the Appellate Authority has allowed the appeal A.A No.39/2005 against which the writ petitioner has preferred C.R.P No.73/2010, which is posted along with this writ petition. Since, A.A No.39/2005 itself has been disposed of and C.R.P is pending against that final order, this writ petition is closed leaving open all the contentions of the parties.
