JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-
(i) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to issue advise memo to the petitioner who is included in the Exhibit P2 list as Rank No.2 in the category Scheduled Caste.
(ii) To direct respondents not to invalidate Exhibit P2 list on exhausting the main list and also direct the 4th respondent to issue advise memo to the petitioner to the vacancy arise after the vacancy earmarked for the open category.
(iii) To direct the respondents 1 to 3 to report the entire vacancies of Lower Division Clerk under the 2nd respondent to the 4th respondent.
