JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submitted that the
interim order already granted by this Court on 01.03.2011 was not extended subsequently and therefore, this writ petition itself is infructuous. Moreover, when this writ petition came up for consideration on 01.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed
for non-prosecution.
