JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that, petitioner who is a retired employee of the first respondent/bank was not given entire retirement benefits except gratuity amount as per law. She claims that, she is entitled for a sum of Rs.19,92,413/- as gratuity but, respondent/bank disbursed only Rs.10 lakhs. The balance amount is yet to be released. Ext.P4 representation is pending before the authority.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
