Petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of her application filed under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 in Form-6.

The extent of property is 4.05 Ares. Petitioner claims that the property is not included in the data bank.

The third respondent shall obtain necessary reports and consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
