This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:

¶25

“(i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to disburse the salary due to the petitioner since 16.7.2015 forthwith.

¶26

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to grant onwards approval to the petitioner since 1.6.2010.

¶27

iii) call for the records relating to Ext.P3 and set aside the original of the same to the extent of limiting approval to the petitioner only up to 15.7.2015

¶28

iv) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2^nd respondent to effectively consider and pass appropriate orders upon Ext.P4 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner within a time limit.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that against the rejection of approval to the petitioner's appointment by Ext.P3, Ext.P4 revision petition has been preferred by the 5 th respondent,

Manager and that the same is liable to be considered and disposed of.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition submitted by the Manager after notice to the petitioner as well as the 5^th respondent-Manager, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
