JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the second respondent had commenced the enquiry against the seventh respondent as CVE/26/2016. The allegation related to misappropriation of funds of the sixth respondent bank in relation to the construction of the office building. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of lapse of five years, no progress was made in the investigation.

When the matter was taken up, the learned senior Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the investigation has substantially progressed and it is likely to be completed, within a period of three months. This is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed recording the above. The right of the petitioner herein to move this court in case of delay in completion of the investigation is reserved.
