The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in payment of the security deposit amount of Rs.2 lakhs in connection with the work in respect of the construction of the Dy.SP Office Complex, Perumbavoor which was completed as early as in 2017.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted

that the security amount can be disbursed. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to disburse the security amount of Rs.2 lakhs due to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
