JUDGMENT
When this matter was taken up, Sri.J.R.Prem Navaz, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the report of the Hydrogeologist, the petitioner has now approached the Ground Water Department and the local Authority for obtaining fresh permits. He submits that he has instructions from his party not to proceed with the reliefs sought for in this writ petition and shall approach this Court if any fresh cause of action arises.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
