Kanjirapuzha Planters Association has filed this

writ petition pointing out the inaction on the part of the respondents on Ext.P4 representation, which was submitted pointing out a requirement of bifurcation, division and amalgamation of Palakkayam Village. Petitioner also refers to Ext.P2 communication and proceedings initiated from 2016 onwards for the purpose of bifurcation/merger etc.

As the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a consideration of the representation Ext.P4, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
