JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st
respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P12 complaint on
merits within a time to be fixed by this Court. Ext.P12 is the
complaint filed by the petitioner before the Senior Geologist
relating to the licence and permission granted to Sri.Prakash T
John, St. Mary's Granites at Kadayinikadu.

In the light of the limited prayer made in the writ petition,
the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to
hear and pass orders on Ext.P12 pending before him after
notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 within two
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
