There is a cattle shed and a livestock manager attached to Vadakkumnathan Temple. In this regard true copies of the photographs (7 Nos.) of the cattle shed are produced herewith and marked as Annexure R4(E). The livestock manager is in the rank of a Devaswom Officer and two employees are working under him to manage the cattle. The 4th respondent is spending nearly a sum of Rs.30,000 every month to feed the cattle and nearly amount of Rs.20,000 is getting by selling the milk. Dr.Giridasan is the Consultant Veterinary doctor and based on the directions issued by the doctor, a medial team from Paravattani Veterinary Government Hospital is visiting the cattle every month. Recently the Board issued proceedings dated 10.11.2021 and sanctioned an amount of Rs.10,000/- as an advance for doing the repair works of the gosala. On 12.11.2021, a news item was published in several dailies and the same would show that the 2nd respondent has decided to protect the cattle which are wandering in and around Thrissur town.
