After perusing the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent in the above Writ Petition, we find that there are many factual mistakes in the statement of facts in the Writ Petition some of which clearly amount to a misstatement of facts before the Court. While under normal circumstance, we would have dismissed the Writ Petition with costs on the petitioners, taking note of the plea of the learned counsel for the petitioners Sri.P.I.Jayakumar, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. Thus the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
