The complaint of the petitioner is

over the construction of mobile tower by the 12^th respondent.

2. Even though the petitioner has produced Ext.P4 representation, it is seen submitted before the Chief Secretary. The dispute regarding the mobile tower is to be considered by the 14^th respondent.

Therefore petitioner shall approach

the 14^th respondent with an appropriate representation and the 14^th respondent shall take appropriate action, after affording an opportunity to all the stakeholders including the petitioner, the 12^th and 13^th respondents, within a period of two months,

from the date of receipt of representation
