comprehensive challenge to all the orders have been filed as
WP(C)No.26995 of 2021 and the same stands admitted. He hence
prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with
liberty to raise all the contentions raised herein in the
WP(C)No.26995 of 2021. The liberty is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of subject to the above liberty.
