The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-

consideration of his application seeking licence for a fish stall.

The learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent Panchayat submits that, as per his instructions, some further details/clarifications are required for consideration of Ext.P5 application and hence the delay.

Accordingly it is ordered that, the petitioner shall appear before the 2^nd respondent at 11.00 am on 19/02/2021. The Secretary shall then intimate the petitioner regarding the further details required. On the petitioner furnishing such details, the application shall be considered and orders passed within a period of two weeks therefrom.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
