JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be the title holder of 22 cents of land in Vadakkekkara Village, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding 1st and 2nd respondents, not interfere and harass the petitioner for settling a civil dispute, which is pending consideration before the Civil Court.
this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
