J U D G M E N T
The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition concerns the delay on the part of the respondent in taking a decision on Ext.P1 representation submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner has availed two gold loans from the respondent bank, and in terms of Ext.P1, the petitioner had requested the respondent to extend to her the benefit of one time settlement.
2 . The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank submits, on instructions, that a decision will be taken on Ext.P1 representation within two weeks.
In the light of the submission made by the learned
Standing Counsel for the respondent, the writ petition is closed recording the same.
