JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Ext.P7 application before the 3^rd respondent for permission to transport the excess soil which has been extracted from the land in which the petitioner is conducting aqua farming. The soil is being transported for filling the floor of the building under construction covered by Ext.P4 building permit. The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non consideration of Ext.P7 by the 3^rd respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the 1^st respondent Panchayat.

The limited prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of Ext.P7 application submitted before the 3^rd respondent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 application submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the
