JUDGMENT

Petitioner herein, who is at present stationed at CISF Unit of FACT, Udyogamandal, has been served with Ext.P3 promotion order by which he has been ordered to be transferred also and stationed at Delhi. Grievance of the petitioner is that, he has been completed more than 30 years of out station service and is to retire in 2023. According to him, his transfer is not in accordance with Ext.P1 norms. Ext.P7 representation is stated to have been submitted by him, though belatedly.

Having considered the nature of contentions set up by the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the first respondent to take up Ext.P7 representation, as expeditiously as possible, and to dispose it of on merits, in the light of Ext.P1 and also in the light of Exts.P5 and P6, within a period of one month from today. Till appropriate orders are passed on Ext.P7, portion of Ext.P8, to the limited extent of transferring him to Delhi alone, will be deferred. He

shall be permitted to continue at the present station.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
