JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is that, Ext.P7 application filed by him before the Municipality seeking correction of the date of birth as 21.05.1982 instead of 20.05.1982 has not been considered. 2.

Petitioner relies on Exts.P2, P3 and P4 to contend that the actual date of birth is 21.05.1982. Having considered these facts, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P7 application and to pass appropriate orders on it, after giving a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to convince the grounds, on which, Ext.P7 application is grounded. Appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
