As was sought for by the petitioner he was granted

variation of permit as per order dated 04.08.2021.

However, the same has not been issued so far, is the grievance of the petitioner.

Taking me to Ext.P2 variation order the learned

Senior Government Pleader submits that, as directed

¶21

therein, if the current records of the vehicle is produced, the timings can be settled and revised permit issued without delay.

Accordingly it is ordered that on the production of current records of the vehicle, steps shall be taken

to have the timings settled and varied permit issued to

¶24

the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and at any

¶25
