The petitioner, a stage carriage operator is

presently operating on provisional set of timings. He seeks for a direction to the respondent to convene a timing conference for settlement of timings.

It is reported that a timing conference is scheduled on 16.11.2021.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to have the timings with respect to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL04-V-8278 settled in the timing conference scheduled to be held on 16.11.2021 with due notice to the petitioner and the other affected parties.
