JUDGMENT
Seeking permission to ply his autorikshaw within the municipal limits of Payyannur, the petitioner submitted a request before the 1st respondentSecretary, on 23.01.2020(Ext.P2). Since no orders were passed, he has sent a reminder dated 06.11.2020(ExtP4). The request is to be considered by the 2nd respondent-Traffic Regulatory Committee.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the application submitted by the petitioner has already been placed before the 2nd respondent, and is under consideration.
The writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's application, after hearing the petitioner also, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
