JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by an unregistered association. The learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent has relied on the judgments of this Court in Self Financing Arts and Science College Management Welfare Association v. M.G.University, Kottayam and Others [2016 (3) KLT 675] and a series of other precedents to contend that writ filed by an unregistered association for and on behalf of its members is not maintainable.
In view of the said submission, reserving the right of the petitioner to move afresh at a later stage, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
