JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed on 28.09.2021 and he joined duty on 25.10.2021. It was submitted by the learned standing counsel for the Devaswom Board that it has been instructed by the Board that the petitioner has not been appointed pursuant to the interim order of this court dated 03.09.2021. He has been appointed against a substantive vacancy, which was already available. Hence, no advice need be issued pursuant to the interim order dated 03.09.2021. This is recorded. Hence the writ petition is closed.
