JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief for an
expeditious consideration of her applications, (Ext P4) seeking renewal of permit and for replacement (Ext P7).
After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the application for renewal of permit (Ext P4) within a period of two weeks from today. If orders are passed
granting renewal of permit, then, Ext P11
application seeking replacement shall be taken up for consideration and appropriate orders passed in
accordance with law.
