JUDGMENT
When this writ petition came up for consideration, the Government Pleader, based on the information from the Taluk Officer, submitted that the revenue recovery proceedings is closed, since the petitioner paid the amount based on the One Time Settlement.
In such circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
