JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was the bidder for conducting 'Pay & Use Comfort Station', at Shop and Parking lot, East Nada, Guruvayoor Temple, for the period 2019-2020, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner in respect of the extended period of tender for 'Pay & Use Comfort Station', at Shop and Parking lot, East Nada, Guruvayoor Temple and to declare that the respondents are eligible to collect the proportionate amount in respect of the tender, only for the period the temple was opened and functioning normally.
